The Student Handbook & Planner, a publication of the Education Department, provides information about the college and serves as a resource during a student’s journey at FIDM. This handbook includes college policies and guidance on how to participate in campus life. While enrolled at FIDM, each student is expected to be familiar with, and abide by, the regulations and requirements in this handbook. While policies are accurate at the time
of publication, they are subject to change at any time.
Another useful source of official policy is the current College Catalog. The handbook does not replace the College Catalog, which is the official document that contains FIDM’s policies and procedures.
We welcome any suggestions for additional information
to be included in future handbooks. Suggestions may be submitted in writing to: Lisa Davis, Title IX Coordinator
and Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Education, or Roseanna Garcia, Education Content Manager.
