  Bomb Threats
 Bomb threat is defined as transmitting in any manner a false alarm to the effect that a bomb or other explosive of any nature is concealed on school property creating a potentially dangerous situation. A bomb threat can be communicated via conduct that occurs on or off school property, including but not limited to transmission via email, text, and social media.

 Students may not possess ammunition, BB’s, paint pellets, or CO2 cartridges. These items are disruptive to the function of the school and may pose a safety risk.

  Bullying
 A willful attempt or threat to inflict injury on another person when accompanied by
1. an apparent present ability to do so, or;
2. intentionally exhibiting a display of force such as would give the victim reason to
fear or expect immediate bodily harm, or;
3. any intentional written, verbal or physical act, which a reasonable person would perceive as being intended to threaten, harass, or intimidate that:
- Causes substantial physical harm or bodily harm capable of being perceived by a person other than the victim; or
- Has the effect of substantially interfering with the victim student’s education;
- Is so severe, persistent, or pervasive that it creates an intimidating or threatening
educational environment; or
- Has the effect of substantially disrupting the orderly operation of the school.
