MEDICATION (PRESCRIPTION / POSSESSION)
SERIOUS
A student is prohibited from possessing any prescription medication on school property that is not in compliance with Policy JGCD. If the prescription drug is a controlled substance under the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, the student may also be found in violation of the appropriate portions of Rules 2E, 2F. and/or 2G.

SERIOUS
A student is prohibited from buying, receiving, selling, distributing, or possessing with intent to distribute
any prescription medication on school property that is not in compliance with Policy JGCD. There is no requirement that there be an exchange of money, goods, and/or services to find a violation of this rule. If the prescription drug is a controlled substance under the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, the student may also be found in violation of the appropriate portions of Rules 2E, 2F. and/or 2G.

TOBACCO / VAPING PRODUCTS
(SALE / DISTRIBUTION)
SERIOUS
No student shall sell, or distribute, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, chewing tobacco, hookahs, vapes, Juuls, Zyn, or tobacco products of any kind including containers for such products and/or portions of any e-cigarette or vape and any e-liquid. There is no requirement that there be an exchange of money, goods, and/or services to find a violation of this rule.
