Medication (Prescription /Possession)
A student is prohibited from possessing any prescription medication on school property that is not in compliance with Policy JGCD.

Medication (Prescription /Selling or Distribution)
A student is prohibited from buying, receiving, selling, distributing, or possessing with intent to distribute any prescription medication on school property that is not in compliance with Policy JGCD. There is no requirement that there be an exchange of money, goods, and/or services to find a violation of this rule.

Off Campus Offense
Any off-campus conduct which could result in the student being criminally charged with a FELONY (if committed by an adult), or felonious conduct for which a student has been arrested, criminally charged/indicted, adjudicated to have committed, or convicted; AND conduct which makes the student’s continued presence at school a potential danger to persons or property at the school or which disrupts the educational process. Offensive Language
No student shall use any type of profane, vulgar, obscene or ethnically and culturally offensive language (written or oral) and actions. Level 2-3 disciplinary responses should only be considered if the infraction could result in a safety concern due to some form of potential retaliation.
