The Office of Student Life is committed to assisting and challenging you on the path you have chosen. With all of the opportunities before you at BC, take a step forward and discover who you are and what you want from your life. And even more so, how can the Bakersfield College community help you get there? If you need help, ask for it... We want to help you succeed in every way! That is why we offer the services we do!
Student Life plays an integral role within and beyond the students’ educational experience through engaging on-campus events, inspirational speakers, providing food, clothing, and hygiene assistance from the Renegade Pantry, and with the support of the Bakersfield College Student Government Association. We are all here to help you prior to registering and beyond graduation. Through a variety of interactions, Student Life addresses the whole student experience from the ordinary to the life-changing, and ensures that the needs of students receive proper attention from our caring community. This can make all of the difference in
a student's college experience.
So, I challenge you to take a step out of your comfort zone. Get involved in all that the campus has to offer you. And above all, remember... We care about you as an individual and want you to be successful. Make the most of your Renegade life because...
