Undoubtedly, Bakersfield College is here for you. Today, as a student, you are in a place to explore your destiny and influence your future.
Your faculty task you, as a student Renegade, to position yourself in re-visiting and re-creating the vision of higher education, and to appreciate intellectually its value. The faculty challenge you to strive for greater experiences, enhancing your thoughts and interest, while stationing yourself for a better society.
I encourage you to not only enroll in your classes, but partake in educational activities, intern at a local business, shadow a local entrepreneur, or volunteer for a non-profit.
