KEYS, a program offered in collaboration with the PA Department of Human Services, is designed to
assist TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) and SNAP (food stamp) recipients who are
enrolled in a community college. KEYS provides academic support and serves as a liaison to the
county assistance office and other community service agencies.

The Lifelong Learning Program offers classes that will expand your knowledge, enhance your skills
and enrich your personal life experience. Educational opportunities are offered throughout the year at
all BC3 locations as well as other community locations. In addition, access to over 300 unique online
courses is available to you through our website.

The President’s Office provides lea
dership and oversees the operations of the College. The President
and the Coordinator of Executive and Board Services work directly with the Board of Trustees that are
responsible for policy governance.

The Office of Records and Registration is where students go to drop/add a class, register for a credit
class, request a transcript, have transfer credits evaluated, apply for graduation, arrange medical leave,
