Agribusiness and Food Industry Management
You will learn the application of business concepts to the food and fiber distribution system, i.e. banking and finance, product processing, sales and marketing, government regulation, communications, facility management, and international trade.
Agricultural Science
Prepares you for a career as an agriculture teacher for public secondary schools in California, or for governmental agencies (city, county, state, or federal). You may select specialized pre-professional and professional courses for undergraduate and graduate students.
Animal Health Science
Prepares you for a career as a veterinary technologist in public or private facilities, public health organizations, or research institutions. As a graduate, you are able
to sit for state and national animal health accreditation agencies and licensing agency examinations. The program is AVMA accredited.

Apparel Merchandising and Management
You will study the manufacture, management, and merchandising of apparel. Options in Fashion Retailing, Apparel Production Management, and Textiles.
Food Science and Technology
You will focus on the application of the principles of chemistry, microbiology, physics, engineering, and other basic and applied sciences to the development, production, processing, evaluation, and packaging of food. Tracks in Science, Business, Pre- Professional, and Culinology®.
Nutrition
You will participate in a multi-disciplinary scientific study of the relationships of
food, nutrients, and health. Options in Dietetics and Nutrition Science (preparation for medical, dental, physician assistant, pharmacy, and graduate schools).
Plant Science
You will focus on the scientific study of plants, trees, turf, water, irrigation systems, soil, pests, plant diseases, and their interrelationships in the production and management of food, fiber, feed crops, horticultural products, and landscapes. Environmental, conservation, and sustainability issues are addressed.
 You will perform scientific study of animals and animal products. Our curriculum prepares you for graduate school--DVM, MS, or PHD. Options in Animal Science and Pre- Veterinary Science/Graduate School.
