Use of College Computers, E-Mail, Internet Services, Telephones, Faxes, and Electronic Devices
• The South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD) digital information network is intended to enhance the availability of educational materials and opportunities for students.
• Personal, recreational or commercial use of the system for non- academic matters is not permitted.
• The District reserves the right to monitor network and e-mail use for the purpose of determining whether a violation of District policy or law has occurred, and to take disciplinary action when appropriate.

Irvine Valley College is committed to providing a healthy and clean learning environment for our students, employees and visitors.
Using tobacco products such as cigars, cigarettes, pipes, electronic cigarettes (vapor), and smokeless or chewing tobacco is prohibited within any college facility and outside area of campus. The campus extends from Irvine Center Drive to Jeffrey Road to Barranca Parkway. This applies to students, faculty, staff, administrators, visitors and the general public attending campus events. Violators could be subject to citation.
