The center features equipment for improving cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition, including an aerobic super circuit—a series of Cybex weight machine stations alternated with aerobic steps and bicycle ergometers. Aerobic equipment includes bikes, stair climbers, elliptical trainers, rowers, and treadmills, as well as weight machines and free weights. Students may use the Life Fitness Center by enrolling in KNES 3A, 3B, or 3C.
