IT HELP DESK
Two Computer User Support/Media Services support centers exist to help students. One is located on the Blountville campus and the other is located in Kingsport.
All users who have an active Northeast State network account may access the College’s public wireless network via their personal device. Your Northeast State user ID and password are needed to access the public wireless network. Detailed instructions are available online.
Office Hours are 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.
