Safety Gram
A Safety Gram is a form used to notify the college of an existing safety hazard, or safety
concern. Once received, the complaint or concern can be investigated quickly and appropriate
action taken. Available at

This may be used to report any behaviors of concern involving Olympic College students or
employees (behaviors may occur in or out of the classroom). Please note, anonymously
submitted forms may limit the ability to respond fully. This form is available the lower right-
hand portion of all OC webpages.
