 Receiving or providing unauthorized assistance (to include plagiarizing, copying, or fabricating data) on classroom projects, assignments, exams, or state or national examinations.
    1.1. One to three days detention OR one to three days ISS

  Alcohol/ Illegal Drugs/ Inhalants: Under the Influence
 No student shall be under any degree of influence of alcoholic beverages (including related products such as “near” beer, non-alcoholic beer, and non-alcoholic wine coolers), inhalants, and/or illegal drugs, narcotics, hallucinogens, amphetamines, barbiturates, marijuana, marijuana oils, synthetic Cannabinoids or any substance listed under the Georgia Controlled Substances Act or any substance believed by the student to be alcohol or an illegal drug.
  Inhalants include vapes, e-cigs, e-liquids, etc.

 No student shall possess, consume, transmit, or store alcoholic beverages (including related products such as “near” beer, non-alcoholic beer, and non-alcoholic wine coolers), inhalants, and/or illegal drugs, narcotics, hallucinogens, amphetamines, barbiturates, marijuana, marijuana oils, synthetic Cannabinoids or any substance listed under the Georgia Controlled Substances Act or any substance believed by the student to be alcohol or an illegal drug. Legal intoxication is not required for violation of this Code.
