Alcohol/ Illegal Drugs/ Inhalants: Selling/Buy- ing
No student shall buy, receive, sell, or otherwise distribute or possess with intent to distribute or attempt to buy, sell, or otherwise distribute or possess with intent to distribute alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, inhalants, narcotics, hallucinogens, amphetamines, barbiturates, or marijuana, marijuana oil, or any other substance listed under the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, or any substance falsely identified as such, or the student purports to be an alcoholic beverage or
illegal drug, narcotics, hallucinogens, amphetamines, barbiturates, or marijuana, or any other substance listed under the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.
Inhalants include vapes, e-cigs, e-liquids, etc.

Alcohol Par- aphernalia / Counterfeit Drugs, Drug Parapher- nalia
No student shall possess, transmit, or store any drug-related paraphernalia or counterfeit drugs, or alcohol paraphernalia (including scales, empty bottles, flasks, shot glasses, etc.).
If student does not possess actual alcohol, illegal drugs, or inhalants but is in possession of associated items

Arson
No student shall intentionally damage or attempt to damage any real or personal property by fire or incendiary device.

Attempting to cause physical injury, threaten bodily harm, or commit an act which places a person in reasonable apprehension of immediately receiving physical injury, but no contact is made.

Intentional attempted physical attack against an employee with the intent to cause bodily harm resulting in severe injuries, or any act which places another in reasonable apprehension of immediately receiving a violent injury.

Audio or Video Re- cording
Students shall not use audio or visual recording devices without the permission of a school administrator. This includes, but is not limited to, using recording devices to video, photograph or record misbehaviors
or to violate the privacy of others. Any violation will result in the device being confiscated and will also result in the student’s loss of the privilege of possessing a mobile telephone or PED on school property for one calendar year.
