Homecoming Lake Jump
The Bemidji State football program has created one of the greatest traditions in Division II athletics when they take a celebratory swim in Lake Bemidji following a victory in the annual Homecoming game.
Annual Pow wow
Each fall, Bemidji State’s Council of Indian Students holds a campus and community- wide pow wow to promote the unique and beautiful history, traditions and culture of the American Indian people. The CIS pow wow has been held for the last 47 years, making it one of the region’s oldest.
