Instructional Superintendent – Supervise and support schools and principals in their networks. They promote high quality instructional practices, provide instructional leadership direction, and coach, mentor and support principals as they grow their leadership skills. They help assess school climate and assist principals with the development of school improvement plans.
Instructional Coordinator- Supports teachers, coaches, and principals with providing effective instruction in order to improve student achievement.
Operations Specialist -Streamline support between Central Office and the local schools in order to enhance the school’s instructional focus on student achievement.
Attendance Officer – Works alongside key school staff to promote excellent attendance, reduce levels of absence, and work with children and families to promote high levels of attendance.
Prevention Specialist – Provide social work intervention services to parents and children such as individual and family therapy. They help connect families with community resources and outside agencies. They assist teachers in the classroom when needed and provide them with intervention strategies in order to ensure student success in a school environment.
