The Child Health Department (CHD) employs both Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses to manage and support students with chronic health conditions. The CHD collaborates with parents, community partners and local physicians to develop and execute individualized health plans. To further support student’s academic success, the CHD partners with Special Education, Gifted and 504 Team to provide vision/hearing assessment for evaluation.
