5. Campus Jobs & Career Exploration

6. Don’t Forget to Register Early for Classes
Register early through Navigate to get the classes you need at the time you want.
7. Get Financial Aid
• Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at https://studentaid. gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa or the Colorado Application for State Financial Aid (CASFA) for undocumented students at cdhestudentxprod.regenteducation.net/signin
• Priority deadline for financial aid and scholarships is April 16. CCD’s School Code is 009542.
• To retain financial aid eligibility, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements, which include maintaining an overall 2.0 GPA, completing at least 67% of all attempted courses, graduating within 150% of your program length and completing at least one attempted course per semester.

8. Pay for Classes

Tuition is due the Monday before the semester begins. If you are approved for financial aid, confirm that your award is enough to cover the bill. If it is not, you must set up a payment plan for the difference. Check with the cashier for your payment options. If you register for a course after the payment deadline, payment is due at the time you register.
• If you miss the payment deadline, you may be at risk for having late fees added to your bill. Your balance may also be sent to Virtuoso Collections agency and a registration hold added to your account.
• Access your Student Refund Account (Bank Mobile) to select your refund preferences once you receive the information in your student email. Contact the Cashier’s office at 303-556- 2075.
9. Graduate!
• Talk with your advisor each semester to stay on track for graduation and transfer.
• Apply to graduate at CCD.edu/GradApp when you register for the final semester.
