Victim Services (fau.edu/dean/victimservices and fau.edu/police/victimservices)
Victim Services is located in the S. E. Wimberly Library, Room 156, and this office
is open to all students, faculty and staff who may identify as a victim either off
or on FAU campus. The office provides support in incidents such as rape, sexual harassment, stalking, dating violence, theft and other crimes. Information is available related to victim compensation, obtaining an injunction (restraining order), safety planning, referrals to campus and/or community resources and referrals options for reporting to various offices for investigation purposes (if desired). Individuals DO NOT have to file a police report to utilize the services. The office also provides the University campuses with educational presentations and programs on topics pertaining to victims.
