SPECIALIZED PROGRAM ACCREDITATION Green River College automotive program is accredited through ASE Education Foundation, ensuring the technicians of tomorrow are learning first hand, the skills needed to be successful. ThePracticalNursingprogramisapproved by the Washington State Department of Health, Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission. The Occupational Terapy assistant program is accredited by the Accreditation Coucil for Occupational Therapy Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association, recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. The Physical Therapist assistant program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education, recoginzed by the u.s. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. The Natural Resources program is accredited by the Society of American Foresters, a specialized accrediting body recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Court Reporting and Captioning is accredited by National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) to insure they have met the General Requirements and Minimum Standard (GRMS) established by the Council on Approved Student Education (CASE) of the National Court Reporters Association. 135 135
