What to do if you forget your MySite PIN number
Your PIN is a 4-digit number that you selected at the time you applied. If you've forgotten your PIN, you will need to confirm your security information to reset your PIN under “Forgot My PIN” at the MySite log-in page.
Your security is important to us - we are unable to tell you your PIN number over the phone and we are unable send it to you in an email. To re-set your PIN in person, visit Admissions and Records Office.
