Welcome to Mt. SAC – Home of the Mounties!
We are pleased to welcome you to the 2017-18 academic year at Mt. San Antonio
College. In Student Services, our motto is “Your Success, Our Passion.” This
means that the entire staff, faculty and management team cares passionately
about you and is fully committed to your success as a student here at Mt. SAC.
We are here to support you and to serve you!
Please use this planner/agenda to help guide you as a student. In addition to the
calendar, there is a lot of information about services and programs, academic
guidance, rules and regulations as well as your rights as a student.
To help you in your success journey, please be sure to do the following:

Ed Plan:
Work with a counselor to develop an approved education plan known as MAP – Mountie
Academic Plan to help you know your major, educational goal and what classes to take.

Portal:
Go online and check your student portal every day! This is how we communicate with you.

Tutoring:
Don’t wait too long to get tutoring – start going as soon as you start attending class!
ü

Help:
Mt. SAC has help for all students for all things – for honors students to students just starting out
in basic skills or learning English, for students who just graduated from high school to students who are
returning to complete their education, for international students to Dream and Foster Youth students, for
Veterans to single parents to students with disabilities. Use this planner/agenda to find out more and visit
