Are you a DREAMer (undocumented student) that wants to achieve your personal and academic goals? We’re here to help!
The Dream Program provides support services to DREAMers (undocumented students). Its purpose is to increase the
personal growth and development of DREAM students through academic, career and personal counselling; peer mentoring;
assistance in applying for the California Dream Act/ Financial Aid and scholarship opportunities (TheDream.US); workshops
regarding DACA and other issues relative to this student population.

Are you pursing a vocational degree, Associates degree, or planning to transfer to the university? Are you low income? We’re
here for you!
Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOPS) is a state-funded program dedicated to provide support services to
eligible low-income students who are pursuing a vocational degree or planning a baccalaureate transfer degree. EOPS
services are designed to give students individualized attention and support to improve their chances for educational success.
What services does EOPS provide?
EOPS provides the following services to eligible students:
• Priority registration
• Academic, career and personal counseling
• Tutoring
• Textbook services
• Workshops
• Application fee waivers for CSU’s and UC’s
Who is eligible?
To be considered for EOPS, you must:
• Qualify for a Board of Governor’s Fee Waiver (BOGW) method A or B in the Financial Aid Office
• Enroll in a minimum of 12 units and maintain a 2.00 GPA
• Have completed fewer than 40 college degree applicable units AND meet ONE of the following criteria:
• Be at or below English 67 or Math 51 (upon entering EOPS)
• Have previous enrollment in remedial education coursework
• Be an emancipated foster youth
• Have not earned a high school diploma or GED
• Other factors may be considered.
