Title IX
is a federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of
sex in an educational institution’s academic, education, extracurricular,
and athletic activities, both on and off campus. Title IX protects all
people regardless of their gender of gender identity fro
harassment and violence, which are forms of sex discrimination.
