\\\ TITLE IX / VAWA COMPLIANCE
SUPPORT | INFORMATION | RESOLUTION | EDUCATION
We provide support to anyone affected by gender-based discrimination or violence, including:
• sexual harassment
• sexual violence
• relationship violence
• stalking
• discrimination based on pregnancy
• discrimination based on sexual orientation/identity
We connect Bulls to resources, provide supportive measures, respond to reports, conduct investigations, coordinate resolutions, and conduct campus-wide Title IX and VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) training.
Title IX addresses gender-based discrimination and sexual harassment that may deny a person access to educational benefits and opportunities. The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) provides rights to victims, requires USF to have a process to address complaints, and requires USF to provide a variety of programs for students and staff which aim to prevent sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking.
You can report gender-based discrimination or harassment by notifying a Responsible Employee, emailing the Title IX Coordinator or Title IX office, mail your report or walk into the Title IX office, or submit the online report form at: usf.edu/title-ix/fileareport.aspx
