                Parallel with LSO, the Bishop Center for Ethical Leadership hosts a wide variety of programs to support students at any point in their educational experience. We also offer community programs to highlight the importance of ethical leadership in the Tampa Bay area. Our mission is to advance the study and practice of trust-centered ethical leadership through innovative programs, impactful research and mindful engagement.

Undergraduate Programs:
Ethics and Debate Team – Students discuss cases built from real-world and current events.
Leadership Studies Minor – Focused on the knowledge and skills necessary for exercising good leadership. Bishop
Center administers St. Petersburg LDR courses.
Leadership House LLC (St Petersburg only) – A year-long living-learning community focused on leadership skills. Leadership Connect – A mentorship program designed around personal and professional development
Business for Good Internship – A training and internship experience designed around the B-Corp model
Community-based Programs
Hospitality Leadership Program – a 16 week training program for general managers and hands-on small business owners in the hospitality industry
Women and Leadership Initiative – a multi-pronged initiative focused on issues of gender equity in the workplace
Tampa campus
The Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement (CLCE) at the Tampa campus trains, educates, and develops USF community members to be effective, ethical, and positively engaged leaders among the global community. You can get involved with the CLCE through one—or more—of four areas:
Co-curricular Leadership programs
Experiences include the Emerging Leaders Institute and the Lunchtime Leadership Series.
Civic Engagement opportunities
Volunteer and civic learning and democratic engagement opportunities include Stampede of Service, Bull Service Breaks, voter education.
Student organizations

Leadership Studies minor
Consisting of four courses, the minor adds value to a variety of academic programs. Courses taught in the CLCE count towards the Global Citizens Project and the Enhanced General Education Curriculum.
