Welcome to Vincennes University! I am honored that you have selected VU to pursue the next phase of your education.
As we begin to return to normalcy with hope for the future, Vincennes University’s “full college experience,” with many opportunities for developing lifelong friendships and enhancing personal growth, may be more important than ever. VU takes great pride in helping students to develop and learn both in and out
of the classroom with top-notch instruction from knowledgeable, caring faculty and a wide array of events and activities throughout the year.
Vincennes University’s hard-earned quality reputation with employers, government leaders, and our sister institutions was built by the success of our more than 90,000 alumni, and through the efforts of dedicated VU faculty and staff who work each day to fulfill the University motto, “Learn in Order to Serve.”
My personal commitment to you is that VU will provide the resources and environment you will need to fulfill your academic and career goals. I need you to commit to doing at least two things, however, to ensure your success: 1) Attend your classes—every class and 2) Do your homework and turn it in on time. With your effort and VU’s dedicated network of support, I know you will succeed.
