Is there a shuttle to take me to the Myrtle Beach airport or train station in Florence?
Yes, the airport and train station shuttle
is provided for CCU students to travel to and from the Myrtle Beach airport and Florence Amtrak station for University breaks. The airport and train station shuttle is only provided for Thanksgiving holidays, winter holidays and spring break.
How much does it cost for a student to play?
Hackler does offer student discounts. A student can walk or ride 18 holes for $25 or $15 for nine holes. In addition, students can hit a large bucket of range balls for $5 or a small bucket for $3.
I play a lot of golf. Is there a membership I can purchase?
Yes, student memberships start at $350 for walking only. Cart fees are $18 for 18 holes and $10 for nine holes. Benefits include: 30 percent off non-sale items in the Golf Shop, discount range balls and guest rates.
CCU’s shuttle service will take you everywhere you need to go on campus. You can check out the schedule on the next page and track the shuttles live on chantshuttle.com. In addition, if you don’t want to wait on the shuttle to get you around, you can rent a bicycle through University Recreation. Check out Page 31 for more information on that program. Finally, Zipcars are also available next
to Palmetto Hall and in University Place. Register at zipcar.com/coastalcarolina.

Is there a shuttle to take me to the beach? How about Walmart?
Yes, Coastal Carolina University provides a shuttle service for its students around campus, including routes from University housing at University Place, the main campus and the east campus. The Black/ White shuttle also will take students to Walmart.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
A Zipcar membership costs $25 per year, and the hourly rate ranges from $7.50 to $9.50 per hour (depending on the car and day). Each reservation covers driving (up to 180 miles per day), insurance and gas.
