Can I use my financial aid to purchase items at the bookstore?
The Chanticleer Store is the only authorized retailer that accepts Financial Aid including but not limited to grants, scholarships and textbook vouchers. Financial Aid can be used both in-store and online from 10 days before the start of each semester until 10 days after the first day of class. These funds can be used for any and all course materials and school supplies including computers but cannot be used for general merchandise.

A full refund will be given in the original form of payment if textbooks are returned during the first week of classes with the original receipt and in original condition.
Can I give my CINO Card to another student?
No, you may not under any circumstances give your CINO Card to another person (CCU student or not). Located on the front of the card is your CCU ID number, which is like your Coastal Carolina Social Security Number. It is against the Student Code of Conduct to let others use your card.
With proof of a schedule change and the original receipt, a full refund will be given in original form of payment during the add/drop period for original condition course materials.
How do I get a card or what if I lose my card?
There is no charge for the initial card or the first two replacements. Any additional cards are then $20. To obtain a new or
