MYSITE
MySite is the students’ portal where students create academic plans, view degree audits, register for classes, view grades and track academic progress. Students use their log-in and password to access MySite through the IVC home page: www.ivc.edu. Below is a brief overview of all the functions.
My Academic Plan (MAP) – Use this section for academic planning:
• About Academic Plans – explains the purpose of MAP.
• Create New Plan – allows you to create an academic plan for
certificates, AA/AS degrees and/or transferring to UC or CSU.
• Degree Audit – maps out degree requirements and compares them
against student’s transcript.
• My Plans – gives you access to your current academic plans.
My Classes – Under this selection you can:
• Academic History – gives you access to all your grades from IVC and
Saddleback College for each completed semester.
• Add/Drop Classes – allows you to add or drop your classes each
semester at your scheduled time.
• Change Grading Option – allows you to change your grade from letter
grade to Pass/No Pass.
• Class Schedule – includes course dates, times, course descriptions,
available seats, name and emails of instructors, and location of classes
to be held.
• Make Payment – shows your account summary and allows you to pay
online.
• My Current Classes – now that you’ve paid, this gives you a list of your
enrolled classes.
• Refund Information – gives you information on how you can get your
refund from IVC and Saddleback College.
• Shopping Cart – allows you to create possible schedules by putting your
desired classes into a shopping cart for registration at a later date. You need to enroll in your classes during your registration time and pay for them to secure your seat.
• Unofficial Grades – allows you to view your grades at the end of each semester.
• Waitlists – you may check your position on any class you are waitlisted in.
My Information – This selection gives you the following options:
• 1098-T Information – shows your total enrollment fees billed and
financial aid received for the academic year.
• Appointments – allows you to view your registration day and time for
each semester.
