• Contact us – your feedback and comments are important to us.
• Degrees/Certs/Transfers – where you go to apply for IGETC and CSU
GE Transfer Certification, an Associate Degree, or a Certificate, and
check your application status.
• Fee Statement – a complete account summary of your fees for the
current semester.
• Financial Aid Status – you must complete the FAFSA/Dream Act
application in order to see your status.
• Matriculation – a process that includes orientation, guided self-
placement, and advisement that new students must complete before registering for classes.
o Online Orientation – allows you access to the IVC online orientation; must be completed before you can register.
o Guided Self Placement – allows you to self-report your high school English and math course work and grades and high school grade point average for English and math placements
o Online Advisement – allows you access to the IVC online advisement; must be completed before you can register.
o Assessment and Placement – allows you to see your math, English and ESL placements.
o Make an Appointment – allows you to schedule an appointment for advisement, assessment, and orientation.
o Matriculation Status – shows your advisement, assessment, orientation, and academic plan statuses.
o Placement Information – a detailed list of your math, English and/or ESL placements.
• Official Enrollment Verification – to print and mail to a health insurer or other company that requests proof of your enrollment at Irvine Valley College. Other options include viewing specific information from the National Clearinghouse. They include viewing specific information about your student loans and student loan deferment notifications.
• Parking – links you to the website where you can purchase your parking permit.
• Petitions – provides status of any petitions you submitted.
• Reminders – allows you to send yourself an email reminding you of your
deadlines, appointments, etc.
• Transcript Requests – takes you to a link to request official transcripts
from IVC and/or Saddleback College and see the status of any prior
transcript or verification requests.
• Update Profile – allows you to update your personal information,
including your Preferred Name.
