DAILY PARKING PERMITS – $5/day are available at permit dispensers near the entrances to lots #2, #5, #8, #10 and the Irvine Valley entrance near the Performing Arts Center. A daily permit dispenser is also available at ATEP in LOT #A. Properly displayed permits are valid in student parking only. IVC daily parking permits are valid at IVC and ATEP only, and are not valid at Saddleback College.
ASSOCIATED STUDENT of IVC ACCESS – $10 each semester
ASIVC Access is an opt-out fee which provides no-cost entry to campus athletic events; discounted Regal Cinema, AMC Theatre, and theme park tickets; an opportunity for the Associated Students of Irvine Valley College (ASIVC) scholarship awards; and many more benefits. More information can be obtained through the ASIVC Office.
ORDERING OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OR ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION Students have three options for ordering transcripts: online, in person or by mail. Please visit admissions.ivc.edu/pages/admissions.aspx
RETURNED CHECK FEE – $20 assessed for each check dishonored by the bank for whatever reason.
NON-RESIDENT STUDENT FEES – assessed in addition to the fees above.
Non-Resident Tuition Fee – $319 per semester unit
Capital-Outlay Fee – $42 per semester unit
Nonresident Student Fee Exemptions: The law exempts certain non-residents from paying the non-resident tuition fee as specified below:
• Students who are members of the armed forces of the United States who
are stationed in this state on active duty, except those assigned to
California for educational purposes.
• Spouses and dependents (natural or adopted children or stepchildren) of
active members of the armed forces.
• Parents who are federal civil service employees and have moved to
California as a result of a military realignment action that involves the relocation of at least 100 employees. This exemption also applies to the natural adopted children or stepchildren of such employees.
• Students who have completed at least three years of high school and graduated from a California high school. Students must complete and submit the “AB 540 Affidavit for Exemption” for consideration.
Note: Students who believe they are eligible for this exemption should contact the Office of Admissions and Records for clarification of their status. Students who are exempted from paying the nonresident tuition fee are still required to pay the enrollment fee, material fee, and health fee.
Application Processing Fee – $54 per application, required of all international students. This fee is nonrefundable.
