• Send official transcripts from previous colleges and universities attended to IVC. You need to submit official transcripts to show that you have completed a course prerequisite or to request an exemption from matriculation.

ACCESS STUDENT E-MAIL
All students are automatically given e-mail accounts as soon as they enroll in at least one course at the college. Usernames are assigned automatically (customized names are not provided), and accounts are continued without interruption in services so long as the student remains enrolled in continuous semesters. Students may change their initial password and forward copies of their student e-mail to another account (e.g., their home e-mail).

GET YOUR COLLEGE PHOTO ID – IT’S FREE!
Once you have enrolled at IVC and paid your fees, you may obtain your permanent photo ID card. Ask for a printout of your receipt from the Bursar’s Office and take it to Campus Police in building CP-100 to get your photo ID during posted hours. You must present a driver license or other photo identification card, and a valid receipt from the Bursar’s Office showing a zero balance. You will need your photo ID to use the Library, Computer Center, Media Resource Center, and Life Fitness Center.
