CENTER FOR VICTIM ADVOCACY AND VIOLENCE PREVENTION
The Center for Victim Advocacy and Violence Prevention provides free and confidential advocacy services to USF students, faculty, and staff. We serve people of all gender identities who have experienced crime, violence, or abuse, for incidents occurring on or off campus, recently or in the past.
Violence Prevention Program
You’re the most important part of making USF a safer place. That’s why we offer programs that address healthy relationships, bystander intervention, sexual consent, and recognizing relationship red flags. We also require mandatory training for incoming students on all of these topics. The Violence Prevention Program empowers students to be effective change-makers by providing inclusive, comprehensive education and tools to cultivate a USF community free of violence and oppression.
Our Mission:
The mission of the Center for Victim Advocacy and Violence Prevention is to contribute to a community that is safe and supportive through comprehensive prevention, empowerment, and survivor-centered services.

• Crisis Intervention and Emotional Support
• Academic Support
• Information, Options and Referrals
