The Technology Support team is UTEP’s single point of contact for technology-related needs. We offer assistance with your UTEP account, WIFI, Blackboard, university application
support and more. We are available 7 days a week with extended hours of operation for students, faculty and staff. Contact us by phone, email, live chat, or walk in at the Technology Support Center (TSC) in Library Room 300. Inside the TSC, we have services like the Computer Clinic where you can bring your personal comput- ers to get the latest updates and installation of Microsoft Office programs, anti-virus protection software and other services at no cost!
Our Equipment Checkout service is available for free checkout of laptops, mobile hotspots, calcula- tors and other equipment that may be useful to complete coursework.
On both the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Library there
are Windows and Mac computers equipped with specialized software for your use with poster printing available on the 3rd floor.
Our tech support team is always close by and ready to help!

The University Bookstore, is your one stop shop for resources for students, staff, fans and alumni. We offer a complete selection of UTEP gear, textbooks, school supplies, gifts and more. Students are able to take advantage of our textbook rental program for
a savings of up the 80% off the new price. Digital options are also available for more and more titles every semester at lower costs, making access to course materials both affordable and convenient. Alumni can also enjoy a generous 20% discount in-store purchases only.
Store hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
