Also, comments are welcome on our website at: www.sodexomyway.com. FLEX Dollars Flex Dollars is a declining balance program available to all VU students and employees. It is an easy and secure way to dine when and where you want. You purchase an account with as many Flex Dollars as you want $25, $50, $100, etc. This account is coded on your student ID. Any time you want to eat at the JSU cafe, or the Dining Center, you simply present your student ID and your purchase amount is deducted from your account. It’s simple, and because you don’t have to carry cash.... It’s secure! Parents can add to the plan over the phone with a credit card. Flex Dollars may be purchased at the Dining Services Information Desk located inside Tecumseh Dining Center, or call 812-888-5841. Student Financial Services 812-888-4361 or 812-888-4244 Located in the Welsch Administration Building Students may apply for federal and state aid by completing the 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and for institutional aid by completing the 2025-2026 VU scholarship application. The FAFSA filing deadline for the following fall’s state grants is April 15 each year. Continued eligibility for the various financial aid programs involves several requirements, one of which is maintaining satisfactory academic progress. Please refer to the VU Catalog or the student financial services Web page on the VU Web site for details – www.vinu.edu/web/financial-services or from www.vinu.edu click on the Admissions & Aid link, then the Financial Services link. Student account billing statements are sent electronically to the VU-x account. It is your responsibility to access your account regularly. Be sure to establish an authorized payer if you want to enable parents/guardians to view your bill. The “Billing and Statement” link should be used for on- line payments. Registrar/Student Records 812-888-4220 Located in the Welsch Administration Building The Registrar/Student Records Office maintains official student academic records. The office can assist you with the following: 1. Transcripts/AcademicRecords 2. EnrollmentVerification 3. StudentReleaseofEducationalRecordstoParent/Guardian 4. ChangeofPermanentAddressand/orDemographicInformation 5. ScheduleChanges 6. Gradingquestions 7. GraduationAudits It is highly recommended that students and families acquaint themselves with Vincennes University’s Academic Policies and Procedures found in the University Catalog. University Primary Care Center - Student Health Office 812-888-7777 Young Building, First Floor The VU Student Medical Care Program is designed to help our students stay healthy on campus. Full time students on the Vincennes campus may be seen at the Vincennes University Primary Care Center (UPCC)-Student Health Office located in the Young Building on campus. The UPCC nurses are available for assessment of acute illnesses and injuries by appointment. Referral to a provider is determined by nursing assessment. The Student Health Office may provide over-the- counter medications, initial care and follow-up care of injuries, and tetanus/diphtheria injections following an injury when indicated. Diagnostic tests, pre-existing chronic disease management conditions, vaccinations, procedures, and physicals are not covered under this plan. Any prescriptions, x-rays or laboratory fees are the responsibility of the student. Residence Hall students and full-time commuter students on the Vincennes campus are automatically enrolled in the VU Student Medical Care Program. The program is mandatory for residence hall students. Off-campus students may opt out of this program before the end of the third week of class. Your choice to opt out will be effective for the entire semester.  25
