                  CAREER DEVELOPMENT
The Career Development Office, located in Room C200 on the Main Campus, assists with career preparation essentials such as resume/cover letter writing
and mock interviews, etiquette consultations, the annual Career Expo, the Employability Skills Academy and off-campus employment opportunities. Assistance to help match students with Federal Work Study jobs on campus is also available. Career services are available to students and alumni of all Sandburg campuses at www.sandburg.edu/career-development.

The Student Right to Know and Campus Security Act, Public Law 101-542, as amended by the Higher Education Technical Amendments of 1991, Public Law 10226, mandates that colleges provide specific information to students and prospective students. CORPORATE & LEISURE COLLEGE
Sandburg’s Corporate & Leisure College provides lifelong learning with youth programs, workshops, classes, educational day trips, and events to enrich lives. The Corporate College serves as the primary contact for all inquiries from the business and industrial community. Depending on the subject, trainings can be offered at the company site or at Sandburg. The goal is to deliver courses that will enhance employees’ skills and abilities to increase business productivity. Leisure College offers a variety of non-credit courses, designed to give community members an opportunity to learn new things, explore interesting topics and visit unique places. Youth programs are offered in the summer
to give students a chance to challenge themselves, inspire learning, and enhance their life skills while having fun in an environment free from homework and grades. Located in the Center for Manufacturing Excellence on the Main Campus. Class suggestions and ideas are encouraged and should be directed to the Corporate & Leisure College.

Academic Support Services provides services and accommodations to students with varying disabilities in compliance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Documentation of the specific disability is required in order for the Academic support services office to provide accommodations.
