Business Office The Business Office, located in the Student Services office in E100 handles: • Tuition payments, testing fees, application fees, acceptance fees and paper refills. • Making change for the vending machines. • Selling stamps. • Printing a schedule or billing statement. • Providing information and answering questions on the tuition payment plan. • Printing 1098T forms. The Business Office requires a photo ID for most services (e.g. Sandburg ID, driver’s license or state ID). Counseling services CAMPUS SERVICES Career Development Career Development, located in G112, assists students and alumni with career preparation essentials such as resumé/cover letter writing and mock interviews, etiquette consultations, the annual Career Expo, the Employability Skills Academy and off- campus employment opportunities. Students who are interested in a Federal Work Study position should determine eligibility with the Financial Aid Office. Assistance is given to students entering an internship for specific CTE programs as well. Learn more at: sandburg.edu/career-development. Sandburg students routinely balance the conflicting demands of family, work and life events with the demands of college. These challenges can quickly become overwhelming. The counseling staff at Sandburg offers students confidential support and guidance from an approachable staff of trained professionals. In most cases, students get the help they need in one or two visits, but more time is available if needed. The counseling staff is also experienced with the process of referring students when help from an outside agency is needed. Sandburg counselors are available to discuss issues including anxiety, depression, sexual assault, domestic violence, drug and alcohol abuse, eating disorders, gender identity issues and more. TimelyCare services are free to all enrolled Sandburg students and employees; no insurance required.
