E-Mail Accounts
All Lone Star College students are provided with an E-mail account. All official communications from the College are sent to your LSCS E-mail account, so check it regularly. E-mail addresses follow the MyLoneStar format (username@my.LoneStar.edu).
Cloud Storage & Office 365 Applications
All Lone Star College students have 1TB of free cloud storage allocated to store and share files on the Internet for access from anywhere, any time, on any device. To access your storage, log into MyLoneStar. Go to the Quicklinks section on the middle left-hand side of the page and click “Go to My Storage (One Drive)”.
Don’t buy Office! It’s FREE for LSC students. You can install Office 365 on up to 5 PCs or Macs and other mobile devices, including Windows tablet and iPad. Visit Office.com/GetOffice365 to get started.
Technical Information & Assistance
The Office of Technology Services provides a number of technology-related services to students, including 24/7/365 technical support. You may reach the OTS Service Desk by calling 832.813.6600. For more information on the many services provided by OTS, visit LoneStar.edu/ots.
GRADUATION
A commencement ceremony is held each May to recognize students who have completed their requirements in the past academic year. Students wishing to participate in the May commencement ceremony must apply for graduation no later than April 1 by completing a graduation application online thru myLoneStar.edu.

MENINGITIS VACCINATION REQUIREMENT
Students taking credit classes are required to show proof of a meningitis vaccination unless they meet certain exemption criteria. You are NOT required to submit proof of a meningitis vaccination or an exemption, if any of the following apply:
• Youare22yearsofageorolder.
• Youhavebeencontinuouslyenrolled(fallandspring)atLSCoranother
institution of higher education since fall 2011. An unofficial transcript is
required to verify continuous enrollment.
• Youareenrolledinanon-creditCTEcourseorprogramthatislessthan
360 contact hours, and are not taking any credit classes.
• Youareenrolledinnon-creditcorporatetraining.
• Youareenrolledin100%onlineordistanceeducationcourses.
