Can I come in to study or use the computers? Yes, computers are available in three locations, Bldg. #23 (One Stop Center) from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, Bldg. #21 (Technology Center) 7:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday, 7:45a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Friday, and Bldg. #44 (Student Activities Center) from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Private study rooms can be reserved in the Library.
How do I complete my online orientation and placement survey? The placement survey (formally known as the assessment test) and the online orientation can both be accessed through WebAdvisor (via MyVVC).
v The placement survey will take about 15 minutes and the online orientation will take approximately 1.5 hours
v You will need to complete both of these things before you are able to speak with a counselor.

How do I set up an appointment to meet with a counselor? Visit the Counseling Webpage https://www.vvc.edu/vvc-counseling to learn about setting up a counseling appointment.
How do I know my Registration Date?
v Login to MyVVC, Click the WebAdvisor icon, Sign in v Select "Student"
v Go to "My Registration Dates"
Where do I register for classes?
v Planning and registering for classes is done through the Navigate site.
v Login to MyVVC, Click on the Navigate Icon -
v Helpful information is located on the Registration Information webpage at

How do I pay for my classes?
v Pay your fees online - Login to WebAdvisor, find "Pay in Full" OR
v Pay your fees in person at the Bursar's office, One Stop Building 23.
How do I access Canvas support?
v Canvas is the portal that VVC uses for online and other classes.
v To access Canvas go to www.vvc.edu and click on the Canvas link located under Quick Links or using MyVVC at the top of the page. The login information
is the same as WebAdvisor.
v There are also online tutoring services through Canvas and NetTutor for
assistance with your classes.
