How do I get my student ID?
v You can call and make an appointment at 760-245-4271 Ext. 2278 or 2395 or drop in ASB Office, BLDG 44 (SAC)
v You will need to have your registration statement with you that shows that you have a zero balance and a form of ID (i.e. driver’s license)
v If you are enrolled in a payment plan you will need to contact the Bursars office at bursars.office@vvc.edu to get a special registration statement that shows you have a payment plan.
How do I send an official transcript to another school, employer, or any other
destination/location? You can order official transcripts on-line at
https://www.vvc.edu/transcripts
Can I check the status of my transcript request? If you know your confirmation number, you can check your order status at https://www.credentials-inc.com/cgi- bin/rechkcgi.pgm?TPORDER001335 or you can click on your order confirmation email and click on “check order status.” You can contact Credential Solutions at 847-716- 3005.
How do I access my unofficial transcripts? Current students can access unofficial transcripts by logging into WebAdvisor. Previous students can email Admissions at admissions@vvc.edu requesting an unofficial transcript. (You must attach a photo ID).
How do I graduate? Develop an education plan with a counselor and complete all required courses. Graduation ceremonies are held once a year in June. You are responsible for submitting a petition for graduation by the established deadline to Admissions & Records. This includes submitting all official transcripts from other colleges and all other documents verifying completion of any requirements. https://www.vvc.edu/admissions-records.
