 140 HOUSING INFORMATION OFF CAMPUS Information Desk Student Union (SU), Lobby 253-931-6450 Campus Life maintains a housing information list that contains ads for rooms to rent and roommates wanted from the community. A list is also posted on the housing bulletin board on the second floor of SU next to the Conference Services office. The list is updated and printed at the beginning of each month. ON CAMPUS 31920 124th Ave SE Auburn, WA 98092 253-876-0700 Campus Corner Apartments (CCA) provides full-time students the opportunity tolive oncampus.TheStudentHousing facility is conveniently located adjacent to the main GRC campus and is available for all Green River students. Each individual apartment unit is fully furnished with four private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room. Included in housing fees are access to community space, incidental hygiene products, high speed internet, water and electricity. CCA offers Academic Year + Summer (12mo), Academic Year (9mo), and Quarterly contracts(3mo). Students may also live in housing during Summer Term with a signed agreement for the following Academic Year. The Student Housing Agreement allows flexibility for release if students transfer or graduate. Events, programming, and leadership opportunities for students are also included in the housing experience. CAREER AND ADVISING CENTER Student Affairs (SA), Room 104 253-288-3482 The Career and Advising Center staff offers comprehensive career and advising resources for current students, alumni, and community members. Advising Services Educational planners provide academic advising. The advising process helps students with getting started, the creation of educational plans, interpreting program requirements, choosing a program of study, or planning their transfer to a four- year institution.
