Participants will also benefit from personal and career counseling, priority registration, leadership development, tutoring, prep for GRE and other professional school entrance exams, off-site cul- tural events, graduate school visits, social activi- ties, and workshops with various topics tailored for student success.
Being a member of the program comes at no cost to students. This is a program sponsored by the Department of Education to help students suc- ceed in their academic journey.

The Student Testing oversees the institutional admissions and placement tests, this office also provides information and testing services for various statewide and national testing programs. UTEP students can also save time and money by taking advantage of UTEP’s credit by examination programs, which include the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) and DANTES
(DSST). The Student Testing is proud to not only serve the El Paso Community by providing corre- spondence test administration services, but online testing as well.
