Schedule an appointment with your advisor.

Preferred FAFSA deadline for the upcoming
Fall term is February 15.
•
Make second payment on Spring
payment plan.
MARCH
•
Meet with your advisor to choose Summer
and Fall classes.
•
Check the status of your FAFSA application.
•
Make third payment on Spring payment plan.
APRIL
•
Register for Summer and Fall classes.
•
Check the status of Financial Aid in myHACC
and submit any outstanding documentation,
if any.
•
Submit a Certificate of Residence (for students
in sponsoring district and enrolled in Summer
courses ONLY).
•
Check the status of summer financial aid if
attending summer semester(on myHACC).
•
Sign up for the HACC payment plan for
Summer classes.
MAY
•
Check status of fall financial aid and submit any
missing documentation (on myHACC).
•
Check the status of summer aid, or;
•
Pay for Summer classes by tuition due date, or;
•
Make first payment on HACC payment plan for
Summer classes.
JUNE
•
Check status of fall financial aid and submit any
missing documentation (on myHACC).
•
Make second payment for Summer classes.
JULY
•
Submit a new Certificate of Residence (for
students in sponsoring districts ONLY).
•
Check status of fall financial aid and submit any
missing documentation (on myHACC).
•
Sign up for the HACC payment plan for Fall.
AUGUST
•
Confirm your financial aid is complete prior to
the tuition due date, or;
•
Make first payment on the HACC payment plan
for Fall, or;
•
Pay tuition in full for Fall by tuition deadline.
SEPTEMBER
•
Make second payment on Fall payment plan.
OCTOBER
•
File the Free Application for Federal Student
Aid (FAFSA) for next fall.
•
Meet with your advisor and choose
Winter/Spring classes.
•
Make third payment on Fall payment plan.
NOVEMBER
•
Register for Winter/Spring classes.
•
Submit a Certificate of Residence (new
sponsoring school district students whose first
term is Spring ONLY)
•
Confirm the status of Financial Aid for spring
term, or;
•
Sign up for the HACC payment plan.
DECEMBER
•
Confirm the status of your financial aid.
•
Winter tuition: pay in full.
•
Spring tuition: Make first payment on the
HACC Payment plan, or pay tuition in full by the
tuition deadline.
