Changes and Procedures for Schedules
During the summer a course schedule was compiled for each student based on
the courses selected by the student during spring registration. Any request for
changes to these selected courses should have been made before May. Those
who did not come in by May10 are assigned to the classes recommended by
the teachers and requested by the students. Schedules may be changed only
for the following reasons: (1) student failed a subject and is scheduled to
repeat it under the same teacher, (2) student is scheduled for a class for which
the required prerequisites have not been met (i.e., French II when failed
French I), (3) student is scheduled for a class for which credit has been
granted (4) student is scheduled for the wrong grade level and (5) a computer
or scheduling error occurred where the schedule does not reflect the course
selected.
