BECKES STUDENT UNION
The Isaac K. Beckes Student Union is the student center on campus. The Union Building is open from 7 a.m. to 12 midnight
and is designed to serve you as a place to eat, meet friends, relax, hold meetings, get more involved in student activities, or
to purchase your books and other school supplies.
For your convenience, the Office of Student Life is located within the
Beckes Student Union building and contains the Student Activities, Multicultural Student Affairs, International Student
Affairs, and Judicial Affairs offices as well as the Associate Dean's office. Their office hours are Monday through Friday
from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.16
Old Post Bookstore
Located in the Beckes Student Union Building the campus bookstore is where you will find all your school supplies and
textbooks. Be sure to check out our textbook rental program as well as digital textbooks. You can also find needed health
and beauty items, a large assortment of greeting cards, and a wide variety of snacks and drinks. The Bookstore is the Official
source for Vincennes University apparel, mugs, hats and many items with the VU logo. The Bookstore offers a Fax Service,
both sending and receiving. The bookstore will accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover for bookstore purchases.

for textbooks, and merchandise.

Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Food Court
Sodexo Campus Services is proud to offer Vincennes University students, faculty, and staff a fast, convenient, and unique
dining experience at the food court in the Jefferson Union. The food court offers a variety of food and beverage choices
guaranteed to please everyone. All food may be ordered to go or eaten in the beautiful 150 seat dining area. The public is
welcome to dine during all hours.
"Flex Dollars" are another special feature at the food court. The Flex Dollar program enables commuters and resident
students, faculty, and staff to purchase meals using their VU I.D. card rather than using cash. For further details, contact
Sodexo Customer Service at 888-5841 or 888.5089. Flex Dollars may be purchased as part of the resident dining program or
independently.
