The Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs celebrates the diversity of Florida
Atlantic University and promotes multiculturalism in an engaging and positive
manner. The office provides services and programs that enhance the social, cultural
and educational experiences of students. Services include supplemental orientation,
academic support, social and cultural programming, human relations and diversity
training, cultural clubs and organizations advising, and collaborations with community
organizations. Specific programs include Eyes on the Prize Persistence Program,
Campus of Difference Diversity Training, Heritage and History Celebrations, Interfaith
FAU, Book Loan Program, Safe Zone Ally Training, and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual,
Transgender, Questioning, and Allies Resource Center.
Office of Student Conduct

The Office of Student Conduct (OSC) is a department within the Division of Student
Affairs. The purpose of the Office for Student Conduct is to support the educational
mission of Florida Atlantic University by administering the Student Code of Conduct

serving as a resource to the University community. The mission of the Office of Student
Conduct is to promote a safe and secure University community of civility, integrity, and
student learning and development, as well as responsible, healthy behavior.

The Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) supports students with disabilities in
their pursuit of equity and excellence in education. OSD works with FAU faculty and
staff to ensure that reasonable accommodations are provided to allow this population
of students an equal opportunity to learn in the classroom setting and have access to
all areas of FAU campuses. OSD fosters student self-advocacy and the development of
compensatory skills that support independent learning.
Owls Care Health Promotion

Owls Care Health Promotion empowers students to be healthy, responsible and
successful by providing wellness information, dynamic programs and services on health
related issues such as stress management; healthy lifestyle; sexual health and wellbeing;
alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs; interpersonal violence prevention; and much more.
These services enhance the health of our FAU community and increase opportunities for
students’ academic and personal successes.
